Teams

Broadneck Baseball & Softball Club is a chartered affiliate of Babe Ruth League, Inc. As an affiliate league we will roster our Club (Recreation) teams in accordance with the Babe Ruth League Baseball format. A description of those divisions can be found at the Babe Ruth website. 

Cal Ripken Baseball Teams (Ages 4-12):

For a description of the Cal Ripken Baseball Divisions please visit the Babe Ruth website. Broadneck Baseball will roster teams in the T-Ball, Rookie, Minors, and Majors age groups. Our teams will play in a combined league with baseball teams from the Cape St. Claire Rec Council (CSCRC). 

Babe Ruth League Baseball Teams (Ages 13-15):

For a description of the Babe Ruth Baseball Divisions please visit the Babe Ruth website. Broadneck Baseball will roster teams in the 13-Prep and 13-15 age groups. Our teams will play in a combined league with baseball teams from the Cape St. Claire Rec Council (CSCRC). We may also schedule inter-league games with both Annapolis Baseball and SAC Baseball who are Babe Ruth League affiliates as well. 

Joe E. Brown League Baseball Teams (Ages 15-16):

For those players age 15 they will have a choice to play either in the Broadneck Peninsula Rec League (with 13-14 year olds), or on a 15-16 year old team we will enter in the AA County sponsored Joe E. Brown League. For 16 year olds their likely option will be to play on a BP team in the Joe E. Brown League.

How Do I Express Interest in Coaching a Club (Recreation level) Team?

If you are interested in being considered as a coaching candidate for a Broadneck Baseball Club (Rec) Team,  please email or call either Steve Fox or Kelly Tant. Their email addresses can be found on our Board of Directors page.

Furthermore, please visit the Broadneck Baseball & Softball Club Volunteer Registration Page at the Team Sports Info site. By filling in the Volunteer Registration Form we will have record of your desire to coach a Broadneck Baseball Club Team. 

Broadneck Peninsula (BP) Tournament Teams (Ages 9-14):
